Hi Everyone,

We are recruiting students for the MA/MSc in Interactive Media. The course
will start in September 2018, and the deadline for applications is end of
June 2018.

The MSc/MA in Interactive Media is a 12-months intensive course designed
specifically for graduates who are interested in pursuing studies that
combine technological competence with design/artistic endeavour. The
convergence of computer and media technologies offers unique opportunities
for art, design, new media and computer science graduates to exploit their
potentials in new areas such as experience, interaction and participatory
design, internet of things, social media and virtual/augmented reality,
mobile and physical computing, interactive installation and more.

This course offers students an in-depth exploration of the technological
avenues available today, and backs this up with human-centred
methodologies. Students also have individual workstations in a dedicated
lab with high-spec computers with a wide range of media authoring software
and a number of Open Source tools. Students on this course also have
access to our design studio, prototyping lab, recording studio, a pool of
high-quality professional video cameras, and a range of electronic sensors.
They will also enjoy the wonderful UL campus.

More details about the programme, how to apply, and information about
scholarships are available on the Imedia website

An overview of student final project can be found at (select
Interactive Media)

I would highly appreciate if you could pass this on to graduates who might
be interested, and please do not hesitate to contact me for further
information [log in to unmask]
