Dear Colleagues,
Multimodal Technologies and Interaction journal (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/mti) has an oncoming special issue on "User Experience Design of Exploratory Systems". Deadline for submissions is May 28th, 2018.
User experience (UX) design is essential when creating products and concepts that are both pleasurable and useful. User experience designs can target to a special emotion, value, or experience and by doing so, increase the success of novel systems. Our Special Issue addresses the encountered challenges as well as concepts and methods that can be used when conducting research on UX design for exploratory systems. Exploratory systems can include, e.g., futuristic, visionary interactive systems; going beyond the conventional input-output methods and form factors; and systems that reach out from the traditional use cases for interactive technology.
For more information about the Special Issue, please see:
http://www.mdpi.com/journal/mti/special_issues/User_Experience_Design
For information on manuscript preparation and related matters, please see the instructions for authors: http://www.mdpi.com/journal/mti/instructions
Although the deadline for submission of manuscripts to the Special Issue is 28 May 2018, papers will be reviewed and published as they are received. The entire set of invited papers and any others in this domain will appear at the link indicated.
