Dear Colleague,

We'd like to inform you that a new IEEE Technical Committee on Brain-inspired Cognitive Systems (TC-BCS) has been established recently in SMCS. The theme of TC-BCS is on Autonomous, Cognitive, and Brain-inspired Systems where Dr. Henry Leung and me serve as TC co-chairs.

You are cordially welcome to join TC-BCS. If you are interested, sent both Henry and me an email to identify your IEEE and/or SMC membership. The latter may be obtained later if you are currently not an SMC member.

The first 30 responded members will be listed as the founding members of TC-BCS.

Best regards,

Yingxu and Henry
IEEE SMC TC-BCS Co-chairs
