Researching Learning in Immersive Virtual Environments 2011 (ReLIVE11)
 
Creative Solutions for New Futures, 21st – 22nd September 2011, The Open University, Milton Keynes, UK
 
 
**Registration now extended until 22nd August 2011**
 
The teaching and learning in immersive virtual worlds community is challenged to think even more creatively when The Open University hosts ReLIVE11 on the 21st – 22nd September.
 
ReLIVE11 features a keynote speech from Robin Wight, President of The Engine Group advertising agency, and highlights include the launch of the Springer book series on Immersive Environments and a link-up with the IEEE Standards Association virtual vPEARL summit in Los Angeles on the 20th – 21st September.
 
There is an interactive Q&A session with an invited panel of cyber-celebrities and just before ReLIVE11 will be the ReLIVE Virtual Festival on the 20th September a day of activity within Second Life for those unable to attend.
 
ReLIVE11 is linked to The Virtual World Conference, a 24-hour event also taking place in Second Life on the 14th September (REGISTRATION NOW OPEN: www.thevirtualworldconference.org).
 
Registration for ReLIVE11 has been extended until the 22nd August.

§         Day 0 The Virtual Festival: free inworld workshops
 
§         Day 1 Opening keynote from Robin Wight, creative legend in advertising, to launch the conference theme of being creative in the virtual world within physical world constraints
