Greetings,
Currently, I am in the process of editing a forthcoming book tentatively entitled Internet of Things: A to Z, to be published by Wiley-IEEE Press. This book is written to be used both as a course material for (3rd/4th year) graduate students as well as postgraduates. In addition, it targets IT and business folks and researchers who are interested in learning about the main concepts of IoT as well the emerging IoT technologies and application domains.
I would like to take this opportunity to cordially invite you to submit your work for consideration in these publications. I am HIGHLY interested in overview unpublished chapters (that covers the concepts, gives examples, etc.,) on these specific subjects (most of the book has been written but these chapters are needed to fill the gaps, but I may also accept proposals/chapters covering other subjects/areas):
- IoT Security Threats and Countermeasures - Authentication, Authorization, Privacy, and Trust - WSN in IoT- WBAN in IoT- IoT Ecosystem - Interoperability in IoT - Sustainability & Green IoT - Required Regulations and Legislation for IoT - Business an management aspects, models and opportunities of IoT - Social Implications of IoT-Smart Car/IoT in Smart Transportation- Applications, Implementations and Real-Life Case Studies
Proposals, chapters and inquiries should be submitted to me, Dr. Qusay Hassan, on [log in to unmask] There is no template for the proposals. However, authors should clearly describe the topic of the chapter, and list the tentative sections alongside a rough estimate of their lengths. Proposals should also include authors' information (names, affiliations, emails, and short bios). Information about the publisher and chapter template will be communicated later to the interested authors.
Please note that Dr. Qusay gets back to all authors within a few days, so in case you have not heard from him after submitting your proposals, then probably your email has been blocked by the mail spam blocker. In this case, please try to contact him on [log in to unmask] (or just copy this email anyway).
Deadline for accepting chapter proposals (2-3 page) is June 20, 2017. Authors of accepted proposals will be given 3 weeks to complete their chapters; authors of accepted chapters will be give 2 more weeks to make any requested changes. This book is anticipated to be released Q1 2018.
Finally, I would appreciate if you can share this invitation with your colleagues, and we apologize if you have received this call multiple times. Thank you very much for your consideration of this invitation, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,Qusay F. Hassan, Ph.D.
