Thanks Skot and Stephanie. Others have suggested Adobe Acrobat web
conferencing (https://acrobat.com/welcome.html). I should clarify that I
need something that supports asynchronous communication, meaning designer
and client need not be online at the same time. Therefore I don't think
conferencing solutions like WebEX or GoToMeeting will work, unless they have
asynchronous functionality that I'm unaware of.
