Hello,

We are creating a form that will afford users the ability to sign up for as
many or as few services as they like on one web page.

Here's how the page is set up now:

1) There is a list of items, each with a checkbox and some descriptive text.
2) tThe items are grouped by type of use
3) At the bottom of the page, there is a submit button.

Interaction:
We would like the user to be able to select as many or as few of the check
boxes, and then at the bottom of the page, click submit once. On click, an
email or set of emails specific to each item that was selected will be sent.

Our goal is to make it easy for the user to subscribe to many items with one
click. Are there better ways to do this? Can you point me to examples?

Thank you in advance; I will post summary to list.

Mary Keitelman
