Kim,

Maybe we can break-up the blanket term of Web2.0 to understand what you're looking for in more
detail?

Once you break that down into specifics, you may have to compile the best practices of the
particular type of interaction type and then structure heuristics accordingly. 

Some places I'd recommend:

1. the "Patterns" section of IXDA's webpage (http://www.ixda.org/). 
2. UI-patterns http://ui-patterns.com/

Those may be good places to start.
