Hi - A few weeks ago I posted a request to learn more about software
tools to store contact information from participant recruitment. I
received two responses, one of which is attached to this message. My
computer crashed so unfortunately I lost the 2nd message.

Thanks Elena! This tip for ACT! Is very helpful -

Kay

Hi Kay -

-We are using ACT! application from http://www.act.com/ for seven years
now; good enough for managing medium size database.

Regards-
Elena

Subject: C+S: seeking recruiting database management tool

Hi -
We are looking for a database management system to handle participant
recruitment and was wondering if anyone can suggest some good products.
Do
most usability departments create their own database or are there any
which come for free or can be purchased?

Also, can you offer some tips on features that should be included which
are outside the standard collection of participant characteristics and
contact information?

Please send your responses to me directly. I'll summarize them and post
to
the list.

thanks -

Kay Aubrey
