All Things Web: Terry Sullivan's writing on usable design is GOOD STUFF.

View Source: Netscape's online technical magazine for developers
   is usually pretty technical but has a few RELATED articles.

Designing applications on the Web: Hal Shubin covers the DESIGN of
   applications (not information).

History Day: An event you MIGHT HAVE MISSED where Doug Engelbart, Andy
   van Dam and Ted Nelson speak to the Web community.


Upcoming Events (WHERE TO LEARN MORE)

User Modeling conference is June 2-5 in Italy and features a workshop
   on adaptive hypermedia on the Web.

HCI International is August 24-29 in California and has several
   tutorials and papers about the Web.

WebdevShare '97 is October 19-22 and focuses on Web development
   for higher education administration. May 23 deadline.

CHI 98 is April 18-23 in Los Angeles. The first major deadline
   is September 12.
