Sadly enough I have the same experience here: people do not see the need and
the advantages of accessible sites.

The best trick I know is highlighting worlds blind user number one: Google -
when you look at the sums of money people get paid for so called "search
engine optimisation" - compared to the money spent on accessibility....sad.
