Zero.
I agree with all the stuff that others have said. In addition, as
a moving object it will attract peripheral vision and distract
attention away from the main contents of the page. That's why
movement is a Bad Thing, in general.
Assuming that the rest of the contents of the page are the main
contents, of course.
