Greetings CHI-WEB...

I have a client that would like to include a LONG list of related links
within their site. Can anyone share strategies they have used to organize
long link lists? I believe the first step would be to categorize the links.
Then within each category, I'm thinking maybe the links should be
alphabetized. In terms of page layout, I'm thinking one option might be to
put the link categories at the top of the screen with anchor links to the
related sections. This would result in one long, scrollable page of links,
with shortcuts at the top. It would allow users to easily print the entire
list. Another option might be a drop-down menu of the categories in a top
frame, with the bottom frame showing the links. This would make printing
more difficult, but perhaps save on download time.

I appreciate your thoughts/experiences. Please respond to me directly and
I'll post a summary to the list. Thank you!
