from a sample size i suppse, but i really appreciate the fact that:
a) you had these notes
b) you took the time to review them

Anecdotal is me saying "my friend, who used to do documentation at M-
soft, doesn't know how to do it." I'm pleased to have actual
information that points to people learning they can do this. This is
much better than that :D

The Flash thing is interesting - I've never truly understood the
inclusion of the "zoom-in / out" functionality in the plugin (of
course I understand it, I just don't UNDERSTAND it, you know?). It's
behaviour is odd in a browser based application.

I've long suspected though that average users don't really understand
the difference between flash content and the rest of their content -
this is both kudos to the technology's penetration and frustrating.
Flash is both "of the web" and not at the same time, in my mind.

Thanks again for digging that up. Very good stuff.
