What are people doing as far as allowing font size adjustments on
browser-based applications/portals?
While necessary for accessibility and baby-boomer customers, I am not
sure whether companies are considering this, since it can wreck a
carefully laid out design. I'm curious to hear what others are doing in
this area.

Thanks,
Krista
