Great Interview!
Note the following, especially #1 refers to a recent thread on this list -
"What three things would you like to change about every Web site?
1.I would like to never again see a "Submit" button.
2.I would like to see interaction move outside of the pointlessly restrictive boundary of the
browser.
3.I would like to never again see a banner ad. "

Subject: Expert Interview: Alan Cooper
I wanted to quickly announce that a new interview with interface design
expert Alan Cooper is now available on the WebWord.com site. Alan explains
several interesting notions about software and Web usability, such as:
* "Less is More"
* "Software Needs to be Spanked"
* "User Apartheid"
He has a few things to say about his role in the creation and sale of the
Visual Basic programming language. Also, he tells us a bit about his
forthcoming book, "The Inmates are Running the Asylum" which is due out in
April.
If you are interested, feel free to read the interview:

Regards,
- John
p.s. I apologize for the cross posting.
