"Clear" isn't entirely accurate - clicking a reset button sets the fields
to their initial values, as opposed to just deleting everything from the
fields.
"Submit" is IMHO pretty horrible. I favour having the label for the submit
button relate to the action being carried out. On a registration form,
"Register"; on a page inviting a sale, "Buy", and so on.
