The 14th Workshop on Automating Test Case Design, Selection, and Evaluation (A-TEST 2023) will be held in Kirchberg, Luxembourg, on September 15, 2023. The workshop is co-located with ASE 2023.
In today's software industry, testing remains the most widely used quality assurance technique. Although various test automation tools exist, they primarily assist in test planning, control, execution, and monitoring. They often lack capabilities for automating test case design, selection and evaluation, which are complex and time-consuming activities.
A-TEST 2023 aims to provide a forum for academics and industry professionals to discuss innovative advances and empirical studies in automating test case design, selection, and evaluation.
Program highlights::
- Keynote: “Present to Future: Forging the Future of Quantum Software Testing”, by Shaukat Ali, from the Simula Research Laboratory;
- Technical papers: 10 papers addressing a variety of techniques and tools for automating test case design, selection, and evaluation (e.g., combinatorial-based, search-based, model-based, and machine-learning-based approaches) for a variety of platforms (Web, mobile, etc.).
