Tsinghua University's Database Group is actively seeking outstanding Postdoctoral Researchers to lead pioneering initiatives in Large Language Models for Databases (LLM4DB) and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) for Cloud. Collaborate with some of the best minds in the field and contribute to innovations that will revolutionize data management and cloud infrastructure. You will be mentored by Dr. Guoliang Li (https://dbgroup.cs.tsinghua.edu.cn/ligl/) and Dr. Jiannan Wang (https://www.cs.sfu.ca/~jnwang/).


What will you do?

  * Conduct cutting-edge research in LLM4DB or AIOps. 
  * Work in both academic and industrial environments to address real-world problems.
  * Publish your work in top-tiered database journals and conferences. 
  * Guide and mentor the next generation of tech leaders among our student researchers. 
  * Lead and contribute to grant writing for high-impact projects.



Compensation and Benefits
-----------------------------------

Salary and stipend: $70,000 ~ $110,000 USD
Research funds and support for attending international conferences.
