The Resilient Computing and Cybersecurity Center (RC3) of KAUST invites applications for multiple research scientist and post-doctoral positions in the broad areas of Cybersecurity and Dependability.

RC3 is a newly created unit, which aims at developing the emerging area of Resilient Computing in symbiosis with classical Cybersecurity paradigms, fulfilling the innovative vision --- followed by an increasing number of stakeholders --- that “Resilience is the Cybersecurity of the XXI century”.

Contact point: Prof. Paulo Esteves-Veríssimo, KAUST

*Next cut-off date*: 25th February 2021

Relevant pointers are: https://rc3.kaust.edu.sa

Successful candidates will be given excellent conditions for the development and deployment of their research skills, in terms of working conditions and laboratory facilities. You will work in an exciting international environment with researchers from many nationalities.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the center's distinctive agenda for resilience --- through the
pioneering fusion between dependability and security research treated under a common body of knowledge --- responding to the need to simultaneously fight against cyber-attacks, accidental faults, design errors, and unexpected operating conditions.
Researchers receive highly competitive salaries, and no income tax is currently paid to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The call and submission form can be found here: https://rc3.kaust.edu.sa/we-are-hiring-resilient-computing-cybersecurity
