Scope and Motivation

The IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2020 will be held
in Dublin, Ireland, 7-11 June 2020. The conference will feature a
comprehensive technical and industry program covering the latest research
and innovation in communications technologies, including 13 symposia and a
variety of tutorials and workshops.

The Communication Software, Services, and Multimedia Applications Symposium
will provide a platform to present state-of-the-art research work on
challenging issues related to software design, deployment, delivery, and
management of services and multimedia applications. It will also provide an
opportunity for face-to-face discussions and information sharing among
experts from both academia and industry.

The Symposium is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society technical
committees on Communication Software (CommSoft TC) and Multimedia
Communications (MMTC).
