As a usability practitioner who is keen to grow the fledgling NZ industry I feel
that it's important that we are bringing HCI students into industry. Does anyone
know of any details around the numbers of students who complete HCI papers in
New Zealand each year? The number of people graduating with honours, masters or
PhDs? Even the number of courses that are available in NZ?

Also, if people know of contact details for someone to talk to in each of the
universities about these issues, that would be awesome.

Thanks,

Trent

P.S. This little survey comes as a result of Susan Dray's keynote on the last day
of APCHI.
