Nicely done!

Two suggestions:

1. Title: Add "Status" to yield "Status Report of the SIGCSE
Committee". The text indicate this is a work in progress, but readers
scanning the program might think this is a final product.

2. In the time allocation, add "session participants" to the Small-group
segment to yield "Small-Group Discussion (45 minutes, Session attendees
& Committee leaders)"

This addition will make it clear that the small groups are to include
all in discussion and brainstorming, not just leaders.
