MESSAGE TO ALL IPDPS 2023 Attendees
The IPDPS conference series has been the beneficiary of outstanding venue
arrangements by the IEEE Computer Society meeting managers who seek out and
arrange hotels that will provide both comfort and value to our attendees.
The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel more than meets these objectives,
and we encourage attendees to take advantage of the discounted room rates
by booking early so that you can be at the center of conference activity
and able to network easily with other conference attendees. A large part of
financing the conference meeting rooms is to fill the contracted sleeping
room block, which expects the majority of attendees will stay at the
conference hotel. Should the conference not meet the contracted sleeping
room block, the hotel may charge for the unrealized revenue, and this could
in turn lead to higher future conference fees to offset these costs. Please
write to contact @ipdps.org if you encounter any difficulty in obtaining
the IPDPS discounted rate. We thank you for your support and look forward

May 14th-20th. To make your reservations at the discounted IPDPS rate
between those dates, see link on IPDPS website. This rate cannot be
guaranteed for reservations made after April 19, 2023. Reservations after
this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the conference
rate.
