Registration forms for TA97 are now available from my Web page (See
below).
These include:
  Conference Registration Form,
  Hotel Reservation Form, and
  Tutorial Registration Form.
Each of the above is available in the following formats:
Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf), Hypertext (*.htm), and Microsoft Word (*.doc).

(Now if only someone would transfer these to the TA97 Web page, Everyone
could see and use them.)  8~)
