I recently attended a local vendor presentation on Blue Cat Linux. They
were offering binary compatability between desktop Linux and their real-time
Blue Cat Linux (based on their LynxOS). They indicated that their
implementations were POSIX complient and I have heard there are POSIX
interfaces that run on top of WinNT.

For more information on the Blue Cat Linux initiative, please check their
web site, http://www.bluecat.com, or review the following article -
http://www.eet.com/story/OEG19991119S0023 The Blue Cat Linux sales folks
were not Ada aware, but I made sure to let the local sales reps. know that
Ada was important to my use of their product. If other Ada users are also
interested in Ada Linux and desktop/embedded Linux you might want to contact
them..

You should subscribe to [log in to unmask] There are lots of Ada Linux
users active there.
