Recent contact with MS VC++ on a project made me envision a cartoon:
A line of long-haired kids, with cans of Jolt Cola hanging from their
belts, are digging a ditch with shovels labeled "VC++". Their boss is
talking to a fellow in the operator's seat of a backhoe labeled "Ada"
and saying "No, we're doing just fine. That VC++ is so easy to use and
there are lots of available programmers".
