Well one of the worst problems i see when hiring people is people who
refuse to be part of a team and do things their own way.  the kind of
person who would thumb their nose at fun work simply because they don't
want to work in the language are quite possibly not the kind of people you
want in any language!

were given an awkward question to answer.  "If you had just boarded an
airliner and discovered that your team of programmers had been responsible
for the flight control software, how many of you would disembark
immediately?"
