There is such a list already on the AdaIC.  It's very long,
not well-formatted (IMHO), and VERY out-of-date.

When I was unemployed in 1995 (yet not desperate enough to make C or C++
my primary language) I called the contact persons for three of the listed
applications.  Two had converted from Ada to C++ and one had converted to
Fortran.  Sigh....
