Frankly, I find Ada quite good as a rapid prototyping language.  Try looking
into the approach of Extreme Programming, and grab AUnit from
www.xprogramming.com or www.adapower.com to help with the process.

Ada's compilers actually help with the process of doing it quicker, so why
settle?
