May I suggest that you take such future rants to comp.lang.ada, where
you will have more sympathetic ears?

P.S. -- Believe it or not, I share _some_ of the feelings you do about
Rational, but I'm wise enough to know: 1) They're not much differant
from any other publicly-held software company (they're responsible for
good financial performance), 2) There are FAR more BIGGER reasons why
Ada hasn't gained the popularity it should, and none involve Rational
OR Grady.
