Don't forget, that BindCOM only works on the binary
files that have a type library embedded in them as
resources or on separate .tlb files.
For example, it will not work to create a binding to a
DLL unless some one has written a spec in Microsoft's
IDL (not the CORBA IDL) and compiled it in to a TLB
file and embedded it in the DLL or provided it
separately.
TLBs are specs for all kinds of types including COM
objects, but not limited to COM objects.
