      European Software Process Improvement Conference 2003
      =====================================================

                    http://www.eurospi.net

   10.-12.12.2003, University of Music and Arts, Graz, Austria

                   ********************
                   *  Call for Papers *
                   ********************

Note the change of the location:

Due to the Iraq war and the resulting terror threats the majority of the
EuroSPI partnership voted by mid March 2003 to move the conference
location to Graz, Austria, the European cultural capital for 2003.

Two reasons were influencing this decision. Firstly major companies have
informed us that their travel allowance for UK will be restricted over the
next few months, and secondly the conference hotel in UK was not flexible
enough to include a risk clause in the contract relating with a terror
threat happening around the conference date.

In Austria we will be supported by a premium environment with modern and
at the same time historical buildings, a social event in the European
cultural capital 2003, and huge support by the National IST Contact Point
in that region.
