Although the reasons you list are valid, I hope everyone at least goes
through the motions of submitting to the appropriate ObjectAda
mailing list in addition to whatever other measures are taken.  As
things stand now traffic is so low I see only an occasional question
and never an answer.  Posting issues is the only way to achieve
critical mass.
