http://www.adapower.com

A web site (and other web based services) for Ada
Developers just over two years old now.

It offers (and more):

* The Ada Source Code Treasury - Source code examples
and techniques
* The Ada Resource Treausry - Free listings to people
and companies offering Ada related services and
products
* The Ada Lab - Free web space for Ada start up
projects and chat boards and anything else any one can
think of they may need.
* The Ada FAQ - A working set of FAQs for Ada (needs a
lot of work still)
* Ada Articles - How Tos for compiler issues, general
Ada articles
* Ada Books - Information and links to new and used
versions of Ada books (not an Amazon deal :-)
* COM/DCOM - COM and DCOM Ada resources
* Corba - Corba Ada Resources
* Learn Ada - Resources for learning Ada
* Linux - (Currently just a link to www.gnuada.com
Linux Team)
* Reuse - List of available software reuse components
for Ada
* Links - Links to every other known Ada related site
* People - Links to Ada people home pages (more then
happy to offer space if some one needs).
* Reference - The HOME of the FREE Ada 95 HTML RM and
Rationale and links to other great Ada references
* Windows - Information and Links for Ada on Win 32
* The Ada Art Gallerie - various pieces of Art of Lady
Ada
* Ada Humor - Ada related humor
* What is Ada and Who is this Ada Lady

AdaPower hosts a number of projects of my own such as
GNATCOM - THE Ada 95 COM/DCOM/COM+ framework and
GWindows - RAD Win32 Framework, and projcets of others
GNACK, GNAT for MAC, etc. Others just mirror their
sites on AdaPower like the Booch components and
GtkAda. There are always new projects being added, for
example, the Original Booch Components project
(Booch's Ada83 code releases as GNAT modified GPL)
will be joing AdaPower shorly.

AdaPower posts updates to the site to on the AdaPower
update list (send an e-mail to [log in to unmask]
to get on the list).

AdaPower also hosts the list server lists GNATCOM-List
(GNATCOM and GWindows), the AdaCGI-List (David
Wheeler's Ada CGI List), the AdaFAQ-list, the
OpenToken-List (T.E.D's OpenToken list), and the
AdaOS-List (The list for the OS in Ada project -
www.adaos.org) (send subscribe to the
[log in to unmask] to join any of these).

AdaPower strives to be a service to the Ada Developer
community, so if there is something not being
provided, a quick e-mail can usually get it. Its
contribution to Ada is also in making Ada look alive,
there are a plague of Ada sites that have not been
updated in so many years and have so many bad links
making the net look like an Ada grave yard.

I will admit that the absence of AdaPower in a speach
made at SigAda concerning "new" Ada websites gave some
serious personal hurt, the recent Ada Letters didn't
help.
