The current issue of Software Tech News published by The Data &

Analysis Center for Software (DACS) is focused on Intellectual Property

and Software. There are a number of interesting articles. One is

written by Robert Dewar titled: “Software and Intellectual Property

Rights”. In a typically Robert Dewar way, he starts out by saying: “The

first thing to be said is that the title of this article is confusing

and inappropriate.”
