The reference to Microsoft's Visual product line in the "Leveraging
MicroSoft's Marketing" thread just resonated with an article I read on MSNBC
about Microsoft ditching Java in Visual Studio.Net (formerly to be known as
Visual Studio 7). (See http://www.msnbc.com/news/431715.asp)

A statement in that article quotes Anders Hjelberg, Microsoft Distinguished
Engineer, as listing a variety of third party languages, "ranging from APL
and Cobol to Pascal, Eiffel and SmallTalk, that various vendors are porting
to support the Microsoft .Net Framework."

Anything missing?
