Hi Chris,

As Gene said, the file an Adobe Acrobat file (v3), which can be read with
Adobe's free reader.

I've also updated the Awards page on the SIGAda web site, so you can now go
there to read about last years recipients.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html and download
Adobe Acrobat Reader.  It's a useful utility that nobody should be without.
Many websites (including Rational's) place useful things in .pdf format for
you to download (like copies of validation certificates).
