Depends also on what the data is.  If the data says "C is better than Ada"
but it's 50% confidence, doesn't that mean there's a 50% chance Ada is
better than C ?

Our problem is that the data is far better than 50%, and it's in favor of
Ada, yet Ada is still rejected.  Often for the valid reasons already
stated, but often out of pure stupidity.
