Is this true? This would be fantastic!!! Is there more information on this
somewhere?

If Ada had a Delphi style environment across lots of platforms ( BSD, Linux
[IA32/IA64,Alpha,Sparc...], Win32, Solaris, ...) it would go along way to
popularizing Ada and it's benefits.
