Yes, I agree that licenses like this (and the GNAT "special exception")
are better than the GPL.  I have often had to "re-invent" wheels covered
by GPL for an employer that refused to allow the GPL to "infect" the rest
of the project.

And yes, we all benefit by Netscape's releasing source code.
