Team,

At 6:29 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) on Monday, 20 OCT 1997,
WAMU-FM, 88.5 FM, a very popular public radio station run by the
American University in Washington, DC, broadcast an
acknowledgment of financial support from OC Systems, "providing
Ada systems to the world" (or something quite close to this
wording). This should have been a surprise to many federal
government employees and local software professionals on their
drives home. It was the first Ada "ad" I've heard broadcast.
It was quite a nice surprise for me.
