Not true. I do a good percentage of my work on NT 4.0 because the company
insisted. I use Netscape for browsing, not only because the company
insists but because it's not Microsoft. I went further than company
policy and deleted all parts of IE that NT would allow me to delete. I
had no problems installing Microsoft Project or Office 97.
