  Yeah.  How do we deal with managers who believe dreck about ADDING "hard"
real-time features to an operating system?  And how do we deal with
publicists who write it?

  The possibility exists that some future operating system also labelled
WindowsCE will have hard real-time support.  But don't hold your breath.
Of course, once this magic product appears, it will take several years to
port existing hard real-time applications to it, if there is any reason to
do so.
