I suspect the class action lawsuits for gross negligence against Microsoft
are just sitting in some legal firm waiting for the results of the DOJ
monopoly trial (so they know which piece of Microsoft to go after ;-) to get
the ball rolling.  It would probably be an easy case since the security
problem was previously identified with the Melissa worm and Microsoft did
essentially nothing to prevent any similar attack.

p.s. This thread should probably move to Slashdot or someplace more
anti-Microsoft than TeamAda...
