Mike,

From what I know, ACM & SIGAda are prohibited from "standards" work.
Those ACM/SIGAda members who participate in standardization wear
IEEE, ANSI, or ISO hats.  Who to contact depends on which standard
you're talking about.  You and/or your company can usually become
voting members.  Alternatively, you can work through someone already
on the standard committee of interest.

The Ada Language standard comes under ISO WG9.
