Hal, don't underestimate the workload of moderation.
In addition, it introduces delays.
Team-ada traffic has evolved very positively,
and that is welcome and should continue.
There are much simpler solutions:
Some mailing lists allow sending by subscribers only.
I feel, this is too restrictive, too.
I recommend to have a negative list, which will be happily
incremented by us team members, when we feel to exclude|ban
an inappropriate sender.
