I don't know of any immediately available.  However, we have a version of
our validated Ada 95 front end which generates optimized ANSI C as
its intermediate representation, allowing relatively easy retargeting
to any environment which has a good C compiler.  We would certainly
be interested in providing a proposal to integrate this front end
with a Cray or Fujitsu C compiler.  Let us know if you are interested.
