Jeff is right with the delay until statement.  I ran his example on my
Windows NT
4.0 with 130 MB of RAM, Pentium III, don't know what megahertz.  I changed
the
delay for 1.0 second since I didn't want to wait 10 minutes! :-)  I also
change the
code too since Ada.Text_IO is nasty to use when doing timing.  I don't trust
it.

I got these values:
