You may be correct in that the licensing discussion lasted 4 weeks, but that is
all I remember over about 6 months of being on the list.

I didn't intend my comment to be taken as derogatory - I think it's a fantastic
idea and I would have been happy to contribute. What I was trying to do was to
give a bit of context on my experience; the original messages made it sound (to
me) as if it was almost ready for release.
